ABSTRACTEndothelial injury and microvascular/macrovascular thrombosis are common pathophysiologic features of coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19). However, the optimal thromboprophylactic regimens remain unknown across the spectrum of illness severity of COVID-19.
